Babb.no is a Norwegian service for alternative, opensource and privacy-friendly social networks. They are all part of the Fediverse, which means that once you have an account on one of them, you can follow users on the other sites, as well as on the thousands of servers of the Fediverse.

The main goal of these sites is to provide social network where the user owns the data. The users can migrate between compatible websites, follow users on other sites, and delete their data whenever they want (data might be cached on other servers).
